How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A puffer coat that pulls in at the waist instead of boxing you out.
Most puffers make a decent case for warmth and a poor one for shape. This one is cut with a defined waist, so it holds a silhouette while still doing the job, and it runs to mid-thigh for proper coverage on the coldest days.
â Waist-defined cut:
Seam shaping draws the coat in at the middle rather than letting it fall straight from the shoulder, which is the difference between a coat and a duvet.
â Padded for deep winter:
The fill runs right through the body and the sleeves and holds warmth on frosted mornings.
â Mid-thigh length:
Covers the hips and the top of the legs, so the cold does not find its way in when you sit down on a cold seat.
â Lined side pockets:
Set at the hip and deep enough to keep your hands genuinely warm.
Over slim jeans and boots. The defined waist means it also works over a dress without swamping it.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low to loft the fill again.
