How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A smooth ankle boot on a thick lugged platform, closed with a side zip and cushioned through the footbed. The sole does the styling and the padding is the reason you can wear it for a day of walking.
â Lugged platform sole:
A deep-treaded platform that grips wet pavement and adds height evenly under the whole foot rather than only at the heel.
â Cushioned footbed:
A padded insole under the arch and heel, which is what separates a chunky boot you can wear all day from one you take off at lunch.
â Full side zip:
Runs the height of the shaft so the boot goes on without forcing it over the heel.
â Smooth clean upper:
No buckles, no straps, no stitching detail. The bulk of the sole is the whole design.
With cropped jeans and thick socks, or under a floral midi to weight it down.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and let them dry naturally away from heat.
Regular width, cut with room for a thick sock.
