How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

Part riding boot, part hiking boot, entirely wearable.
A knee-high boot that laces the full height of the front, finished with a buckled strap at the top of the shaft and set on a rugged lug sole. The lacing sets the calf fit, and the sole means you can wear it off pavement.
â Full-length lacing:
Runs the whole shaft, so you close the boot to your own calf instead of accepting a fixed width.
â Buckled top strap:
A strap and buckle at the shaft opening that keeps the top from gaping when the laces are loose.
â Lug sole:
A deep cleated tread with real grip on wet stone, gravel and mud.
â Antiqued finish:
A lightly burnished upper with tonal shading, which is what gives the boot its worn-in look from day one.
With skinny jeans tucked in and a long wool coat, or over thick tights with a corduroy skirt.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and condition occasionally. Loosen the laces fully before pulling them off.
