How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A hip-length parka with a sherpa-lined hood, a zip front under a snap storm placket and a drawstring at the waist. Built to be worn closed against wind rather than left open as a shape.
â Storm placket over the zip:
A snap-down flap covering the zip, which stops wind driving through the teeth on an exposed platform.
â Sherpa-lined hood:
Lined in pale pile that shows when the hood is down and insulates the head when it is up.
â Drawstring waist:
An internal cord that pulls the jacket in at the waist, so you can shape it or leave it straight.
â Hip length:
Finishes at the hip so it works over a dress or under a shoulder bag without bunching.
Over jeans and ankle boots, or over a knit dress with tights.
Machine wash cool on a gentle cycle and dry flat away from direct heat.
Fitted with room for a light knit.
