How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

Two coats, one hanger.
A longline coat that turns inside out: suede-look on one face, dense faux shearling on the other, with a lapel collar and a tie belt. Both sides are finished as an outer face, so neither reads as a lining that got turned around.
â Fully reversible:
Both faces are finished with their own collar facing, pockets and hem, so the coat is a genuine two-sided garment rather than a lined one.
â Faux shearling face:
A deep, dense pile that traps warm air, which is what makes the coat work at low temperatures without any padding.
â Suede-look face:
A matte brushed finish on the reverse for the days you want the quieter version.
â Longline cut with tie belt:
Falls below the knee and belts at the waist, so you can wear it open and loose or closed and shaped.
Belted over jeans and knee boots, or open over a knit dress.
Spot clean or dry clean only. Shake out the pile and hang to keep the shearling face lofted.
Relaxed, cut to layer over a knit.
