How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A Nordic sweater in colors you would actually wear to work.
A crew-neck knit with a traditional Nordic snowflake pattern worked across the yoke and shoulders, in soft muted tones rather than the usual high-contrast red and white. It reads as pattern from close up and as texture from across a room.

A snowflake and geometric band knitted into the shoulders, with the motif carried down onto the upper sleeve.
