How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A plain sweater with a band of pattern where it counts.
A merino-blend crew neck with a banded Fair Isle yoke worked across the shoulders and repeated in a narrower band at each cuff. The body below the yoke stays plain, so the pattern reads as a deliberate accent rather than a full-on Nordic sweater.

Merino holds warmth at low weight and keeps its loft, so the sweater stays warm without feeling dense.
â Banded contrast yoke:
Several rows of contrast knitting across the shoulders, finishing in a clean line at the chest and echoed in a narrower band at each cuff.
â Ribbed crew neck:
A close-fitting neckband that sits flat under a coat collar.
â Wide size run:
XS through 3XL, with the yoke bands re-spaced per size so the pattern lands on the shoulder line at every grade.
