How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A longline coat in dense teddy fleece with a notched lapel collar, a single-breasted button front and a self-tie belt. The tailoring is what stops the fabric reading as loungewear.
â Notched lapel collar:
A tailored collar and revere, cut and pressed the way a wool coat would be, which gives the soft fabric a real structure.
â Button front with tie belt:
Buttons hold the line closed and the belt shapes the waist, so you can wear it structured or loose.
â Dense teddy pile:
A tight curled pile that traps warm air and keeps its loft instead of flattening at the elbows.
â Below-knee length:
Falls well past the hip with a straight skirt, so it covers a dress or a longer knit completely.
Belted over a knit dress and ankle boots, or open over jeans and a roll neck.
Machine wash cool on a gentle cycle and dry flat. Brush the pile to lift it after washing.
Relaxed with a defined waist when belted.
