How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

Two words, knitted big across the front.
A round-neck pullover with hello pumpkin worked across the chest in a loose handwritten script. The lettering runs shoulder to shoulder, so the sweater needs nothing else on it.
â Oversized script lettering:
The words are knitted in at a scale that reads from across a room, set on a diagonal so the line stays informal rather than printed-on.
â Acrylic and nylon blend:
A soft yarn with nylon through it for strength, which is what stops the loose gauge pilling at the cuffs after a season.
â Ribbed crew neck:
A close neckband that sits flat under a coat and holds its shape after washing.
â Relaxed body:
Cut easy through the chest and waist, so it goes over a long-sleeve tee without pulling.
With straight jeans and boots, or over a white collared shirt with the collar out.
Hand wash cool or machine wash on a wool cycle, then dry flat.
