How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A snowflake band across the chest, on a marled winter knit.
A mock-neck sweater in a flecked yarn, with a wide band of snowflakes and Nordic geometry knitted across the chest and repeated on each sleeve. The flecked ground is what keeps it looking like a winter knit rather than a seasonal one.
â Flecked marled yarn:
The base yarn is spun from two tones, which gives the whole sweater depth and hides the wear that shows on a flat knit.
â Chest and sleeve bands:
One wide pattern band across the chest with a narrower one on each sleeve, balanced so the front is not top-heavy.
â Mock neck:
A short stand-up collar, warmer than a crew and less bulk than a full turtleneck under a coat.
â Soft brushed finish:
Lightly brushed after knitting, which is why it feels softer than it looks.
With white jeans as photographed, or with dark denim and boots.
Machine wash cool on a wool cycle and dry flat.
Relaxed fit.
