How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

One tree, knitted in, filling the front.
A crew-neck pullover with a large Christmas tree worked into the knit in intarsia, complete with small ornaments and a star on top. Raglan sleeves and ribbed trims, in a plush knit with weight behind it.
â Intarsia tree, not a print:
The tree is knitted as part of the fabric using separate yarns, so it has no surface layer to crack, peel or wash out.
â Raglan sleeves:
The sleeve seam runs from underarm to neck rather than sitting on the shoulder, which is what makes it comfortable across the back.
â Ribbed crew, cuffs and hem:
Ribbing at the neck, wrists and waist gives the sweater structure and keeps the shape after washing.
â Plush knit fabric:
A soft dense knit with body to it, warm enough to be the only layer indoors.
With blue jeans, which is what the photographs show and what it is built for.
Machine wash cool inside out on a gentle cycle and dry flat.
