How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

Four small icons in a row, and that is the whole design.
A crew-neck sweatshirt with a tree, a gingerbread man, a wrapped gift and a snowman printed in a single line across the chest. Everything else is left alone, which is why it works on a normal weekday in December.
â One row across the chest:
Four small motifs on a single line instead of a full-chest graphic, sized so they still show under an open coat.
â Ribbed neck, cuffs and hem:
Ribbing at all three points holds the shape and keeps the sweatshirt from riding up when you move.
â Brushed inside:
The inner face is napped soft, which is where the warmth comes from on a cold morning.
â Plain back:
Nothing printed behind, so it disappears under a coat and works as a base layer.
With jeans and sneakers, or over a collared shirt with the collar out.
Machine wash cool inside out and tumble dry low to protect the print.
Regular fit with a little stretch.
