How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A waffle-textured pullover printed with small line drawings of the season: snowmen, hot drinks, sleds, trees and stockings, outlined rather than filled in. The waffle surface is doubled and brushed on the inside for a knit that holds heat.

The motifs are drawn as thin white lines instead of solid blocks, which is why the sweater stays quiet from a distance and rewards a closer look.

Two layers of waffle-textured fabric that trap air between them, which is where the warmth comes from.
