How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A knit dress that flares, instead of another sweater dress that does not.
A long-sleeve knit dress that sits off the shoulders, with a Nordic band across the chest, a fitted waist and a wide contrast flounce that flares out above the knee. The hem is knitted in, not sewn on.
â Off-shoulder Nordic band:
The neckline is cut wide to sit off the shoulders, with the patterned band running across the chest and the top of each arm.
â Fitted through the waist:
Shaped in at the middle before the skirt opens out, so it holds a silhouette rather than hanging straight.
â Ribbed contrast flounce:
The skirt finishes in a deep ribbed flounce in a contrast shade, banded with fine stripes where it joins, so it swings rather than clings.
â Full-length sleeve:
Long fitted sleeves with a ribbed cuff, warm enough that the dress works without tights indoors.
With tall boots and opaque tights, or with flats for a table indoors.
Machine wash cool on a gentle cycle and dry flat to protect the pleats.
Fitted through the bodice, flared from the waist.
