How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A sweater that kept going past the waist.
A close-fitting knit dress patterned all over with Nordic snowflakes and trees, finished with a wide ribbed band at the hem. It falls to mid-thigh, which is why it is built to be worn with tights and boots rather than on its own.
â Allover Nordic pattern:
Snowflakes and trees repeat across the whole dress including the sleeves, knitted in rather than printed.
â Ribbed hem band:
A deep rib at the bottom that grips gently and stops the hem from riding up as you walk.
â Close-fitting cut:
Shaped to the body through the waist and hip, with enough stretch in the knit to sit down in comfortably.
â Mid-thigh length:
Short enough to wear over tights and tall boots, which is the proportion it was cut for.
With opaque tights and knee boots, or with thick socks and sneakers.
Machine wash cool inside out on a gentle cycle and dry flat.
Close fit with stretch.
