How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A Nordic knit with a hood, which is a rarer thing than it sounds.
An open-front knit jacket patterned with Fair Isle bands of trees and snowflakes, with a drawstring hood at the back. It sits between a cardigan and a jacket, so it covers the gap where a coat is too much and a sweater is not enough.
â Banded Fair Isle pattern:
Trees and Nordic motifs run in horizontal bands across the body and sleeves rather than as one printed panel.
â Drawstring hood:
A knit hood on a flat cord, which is the part that makes it usable outdoors on a dry cold day.
â Open front:
No buttons or zip. It hangs open over whatever is underneath, which is what keeps the pattern unbroken down the front.
â Cotton blend with body:
Thick enough to stand up as a light outer layer, soft enough to wear indoors without taking it off.
Over a white tee and jeans, or over a fitted knit dress on a cold walk.
Machine wash cool on a gentle cycle and dry flat.
Relaxed fit, cut to layer.
