How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A lace-up ankle boot in a burnished leather-look with a side zip and a fleece lining, on a shaped block heel. The finish is meant to look like it has been polished for years.
â Burnished finish:
Darker at the toe and heel, lighter across the middle, as if worn in.
â Fleece lined:
Lined through the foot and the shaft, which most laced boots are not.
â Side zip:
On the inside, so the front lacing can stay tied.
â Shaped block heel:
Curved rather than square, around two inches.
With cuffed jeans, or with wool tights and a tweed skirt.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and let dry away from heat.
