How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

Cut wide enough that the shaft falls into folds on its own.
A western boot with a shaft cut roomy through the calf and long enough to settle into folds above the ankle. A tab is stitched into the outer collar to pull it on, the toe is softly pointed, and the sole edge runs pale against the upper. The shaft stands around ten inches from the sole and the stacked heel adds a little over two inches.

More room through the calf than a standard western shaft, from the ankle upward.
â Slouched folds:
Extra height that settles into folds instead of standing straight up the leg.
â Pull tab:
A tab set into the outer collar to pull the boot on, with no zip anywhere.
â Stacked heel:
A layered heel just over two inches, squared and set back under the foot.
With a denim mini, or straight jeans tucked in.
A grained synthetic upper on a stacked heel and a thin sole.
