How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A slip on sneaker with a low upper, perforated panels along each side and a short tassel set at the vamp. A run of whipstitching circles the shoe where the upper meets the sole. The heel carries a contrast panel and the sole sits flat underfoot.

Small cut outs run in a grid across each side of the upper.
â Tassel vamp trim:
A short tassel hangs from a tie at the front of the upper.
â Whipstitched sole edge:
Visible stitching circles the shoe where the upper meets the sole.
â Flat slip on sole:
The sole runs flat underfoot with no raised heel.
