How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

Knitted, so the shaft pulls on and stays put by itself.
A sock boot knitted rather than cut and stitched: a stretch rib runs up the shaft and the body is a flat knit, so the whole thing pulls on without a zip. The toe is squared and finished in a denser knit than the rest, and the shaft ends above the ankle. It stands on a block heel covered in the same knit.

A stretch rib at the top that grips the leg instead of gaping.
â Contrast toe knit:
A denser weave across the toe, marked off from the body of the boot.
â Square toe:
A blunt toe box cut flat across the front.
â Covered block heel:
A squared heel wrapped in the same knit, with a thin sole edge below it.
With straight jeans cropped above the collar.
A stretch knit upper on a covered block heel and a thin sole.
Close through the foot and the ankle, and the knit gives where it needs to.
