We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A sharp point at the toe and a heel that slants under the foot.
A western ankle boot cut with a long pointed toe and a slanted cowboy heel. The shaft is scalloped front and back, with a pull tab stitched at each side to get the foot in. Seams run down the vamp and around the quarters, and the shaft ends just above the ankle bone.
â Pointed toe:
A long tapered toe with a welt stitched around the edge.
â Slanted cowboy heel:
A stacked heel cut on an angle so it sits back under the foot.
â Pull tabs at the sides:
A tab stitched at each side of the opening to pull the boot on.
â Scalloped shaft:
The top edge dips front and back rather than cutting straight across.
With straight jeans worn over the shaft, or a midi skirt.
A smooth synthetic upper on a stacked heel and a thin sole.
Regular through the foot, narrowing through the toe.
