How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

The lining is thick enough to show at the cuff.
A glove with a napped outer face and a deep plush lining that runs the full length of the hand and turns out at the wrist, so the cuff reads as a band of pile. Three seams are stitched across the back of each hand, and the fingertips are worked so a screen still registers them.

A deep pile through the whole glove, folded back at the wrist so it shows.
â Touch screen tips:
The thumb and finger tips read on a screen without taking the glove off.
â Seamed back:
Three stitched lines across the back of the hand, the only detail on the face.
â Napped face:
A matte brushed outer, soft to the touch rather than slick.
