How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A high top ankle boot laced through flat webbing loops, set on a stitched flat sole. A printed panel runs across the outer side of each boot. The shaft rises just over the ankle bone and carries a pull tab at the heel.

A photographic cat print covers the outer quarter of each boot.
â Laced through loops:
Flat laces run through webbing loops rather than punched eyelets.
â Rounded toe cap:
A separate cap is stitched over the front of the toe.
â Heel pull tab:
A loop at the back of the shaft gives you something to pull on.
With straight jeans that break at the boot.
Loosen the laces before pulling them off. Store away from direct heat.
