No problem at all. You've got 30 days from delivery to send it back, as long as it's unworn with the tags still on.

Return shipping is covered by you, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case it's on us. Just email us at support@valenira.com with your order number and we'll walk you through the rest.

Shipping is free on every order, always, with no minimum to hit. Most orders arrive within 7 to 13 business days: we take 1 to 3 days to pack and check everything, then it's 6 to 10 days on the way to you. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.
